Communication & Response Times
Our team strives to respond to phone calls, secure messages, and refill requests promptly during business hours. While we aim for quick turnarounds, complex medical questions or after-hours requests may take a little longer as we ensure every response is accurate and safe.
Prescription Refills
To keep your medications flowing smoothly, please request refills at least three to five business days before you run out. This allows our staff and your provider enough time to review your history and process the request with your pharmacy.
After-Hours Guidance
Our main office is closed evenings and weekends, but we understand that health concerns do not always happen during business hours. For urgent but non-life-threatening issues after hours, please follow the automated instructions to speak with an on-call provider. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
Telehealth Visits
We offer virtual visits for many common conditions and follow-ups. If you qualify for a telehealth appointment, we will send you a secure link to join your visit from the comfort of your home using a computer or mobile device.
